A heavily pixelated (or blurred, depending on the effect chosen below the photo) photo of a character appears. Type their name (the suggestions help you): aliases and nicknames are accepted.
3 guesses per photo
Each wrong answer makes the photo a bit sharper. If the character is not found within 3 guesses, or if you skip, the streak ends and their name is revealed.
Streak and best
Photos keep coming as long as you find them: your streak counts the characters found in a row. Your best streak is saved in this browser, for each difficulty.
Difficulties
Easy - only the best-known characters. Hard - all characters. The difficulty is locked during a streak.
Only characters who have already appeared at your progress in the anime (chosen at the top of the page) are shown: nothing gets spoiled.
With friends
Pixelated Photo can also be played online with friends, in Multiplayer mode: the first to find it scores the point.
